 We are a small, friendly guest-house with seven rooms. Most have been refurbished and have had en-suite facilities added to them recently. We operate a no smoking policy. The premises are protected by CCTV for your peace of mind. We pride ourselves on being "Biker friendly"! The Richmond is situated just off the sea front only 120 level metres from the beach & Paignton Pier. The town centre is just a ten minute walk away with its local shopping centre, restaurants & bars. We have a private car park, free for you to use.
